CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide accurate contact information to receive important details and updates regarding your appointment. ■ Deposit -All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service. ■ Payment method -The remaining balance can be paid via Zelle, Venmo, or cash. -Apple Pay and card payments are accepted with an additional 3% processing fee. ■ Late arrival -Arrivals 10+ minutes late will incur a $20 late fee added at checkout. -Arrivals 15+ minutes late will result in forfeiture of the deposit and automatic cancellation of the appointment. -If a new appointment is not scheduled within 24 hours, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. ■ Rescheduling -Reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to transfer the deposit to a new appointment date. Reschedules within 48 hours are subject to a late rescheduling fee equal to the deposit amount, and the original deposit will not be applied. -Each deposit allows for a maximum of two reschedules. ■ Cancellation / No-show -Cancellations requested within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining balance, charged to the card on file. -Cancellations requested the day before, the day of your appointment, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file. ■ Guest policy - Please arrive alone for your appointment. -Minors or clients requiring an interpreter may have one accompanying guest during the consultation only; the guest must wait in the lobby afterward. -We kindly request that you do not bring children or pets. ■ Refund policy -We do not offer refunds on any services, with no exceptions.
