Cancellation Policy
[MUST READ] BY BOOKING, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND POLICIES:
■ Deposit & Payment method
-A card on file is required to book.
-All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and can be transferred up to twice for rescheduling.
-The amount of your deposit will be applied to the cost of your service.
-The remaining balance can be paid via Zelle, Venmo, or cash on the day of your appointment after the service. Card payments are also accepted with an additional 2.6% processing fee, rounded to the second decimal place.
■ Late arrival
-10 mins grace period. Arrivals more than 10 mins will incur $20 late fee.
-Arrivals more than 15 mins will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled with a new deposit. (If not rescheduled for a date within two weeks, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and a 100% charge of booked service will be applied to the card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS.)
■ Rescheduling
-If rescheduling is requested within 48 hrs of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for the new date or time.
-You may reschedule up to twice with your current deposit (if done more than 48 hrs in advance).
-If you reschedule your touch-up, the rates will change depending on what time frame you schedule your new appointment.
■ Cancellation / No-show
-If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new one will be required to re-book.

-If cancellation is requested within 48 hrs of your appointment, a 50% charge of the booked service will be applied to the card on file.

-Same-day cancellations (after 12am) or No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file.

■ Guest policy
- Please come alone to your appointment.
-If you can't come alone, your guest can wait in the lobby. We kindly request that you don't bring kids or pets that need your attention.
