CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide accurate contact information to receive important details and updates regarding your appointment. ■ Deposit -All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and can be transferred up to two times. -The deposit goes toward your service. ■ Payment method -The remaining balance can be paid via Zelle, Venmo, or cash on the day of your appointment after the service. -Apple Pay and card payments are accepted with an additional 3% processing fee. ■ Late arrival -Arrivals 10+ minutes late will incur a $20 late fee added at checkout. -Arrivals 15+ minutes late will result in forfeiture of the deposit and automatic cancellation of the appointment. -If a new appointment is not scheduled within 24 hours, it will be considered a same-day cancellation, and 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. ■ Rescheduling -Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment date. -Each deposit allows for a maximum of two reschedules. ■ Cancellation / No-show -Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service fee to the card on file. -Cancellations made the day before, the day of your appointment, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file. ■ Guest policy - Please come alone to your appointment. We kindly request that you don't bring kids or pets that need your attention.
